Looking for a senior leadership role with real authority, strong bonus potential, and global backing?

This is a global automotive manufacturer supplying into major OEMs, with strong backing from international leadership and continued investment in its U.S. operations.

You'll take ownership of the production side of the business, leading day-to-day operations and driving output, efficiency, and performance across the plant. This is a key leadership role with full responsibility for how the site performs day-to-day.

In this role, you'll work closely with site leadership and international teams, with clear visibility across the wider business and the ability to influence how the operation develops.

Automation and continuous improvement are a big focus. You'll be expected to bring ideas, challenge processes, and raise standards across the operation.

This role suits someone confident in their approach, comfortable making decisions, and able to lead in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.

The Role:

• Lead all plant operations with responsibility for production performance and output
• Drive efficiency, continuous improvement, and automation initiatives
• Work closely with leadership across multiple locations and international teams
• Influence operational strategy and improve processes across the site

The Person:

• Background in automotive manufacturing (strongly preferred)
• Experience leading plant operations or production at a senior level
• Strong experience with automation and continuous improvement
• Confident leader, able to drive performance in a fast-paced environment
