Job Requirements
At least 2 years of experience as a restaurant General Manager
Strong track record of building and mentoring leadership teams
Solid grasp of P&L, labor control, and cost management
Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-volume environment
ServSafe certification preferred or willingness to obtain, valid driver's license, and U.S. work authorization
