As aCustomer Service Supervisor (CSS),youare a motivatedleader who plays a key rolein supporting store operations.You'llwork side-by-sidewith peer supervisors and store leaders to deliver excellent customer service,boostsales, andkeep the store safe,organizedandfully stocked.
WhatYou'llDo:
Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve inquiries promptly.
Supportand collaborate withleadershipteam to achievestore goals in sales, expenses,Associateretentionand training.
Lead, motivate, and trainAssociates to drive sales and performanceduringshift.
Ensure consistent execution of customer service programs,policies, and store technology components.
Manage cash processes, inventory, vendor check-ins, and store safety.
Maintainaccurateinventory by performing regular cycle counts and smart orderingto helpmaximize sales and ensure customers find what they need.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Mustbe 18+ years old with reliable transportation
Flexible availabilityto work various shifts,includingweekends, and holidays,to meet business needs
Supervisoryexperience,ideallyin retail or food serviceenvironments,isa plus
Strong customer service, relationship-building, and communication skills
Associates in this position have an exciting opportunity to opt into a 4-day work week, providing more time to balance what matters outside of work.
The hourly range for this position is $21.00 - $23.60 and is commensurate with position, experience and location.
