A company is looking for an ITSM Configuration Management II - ServiceNow (Remote).Key Responsibilities:Define, manage, and govern the Configuration Management System (CMS), CMDB, and CSDM within ServiceNowDevelop and maintain ITIL Configuration Management lifecycle processesOversee the design, build, testing, training, and documentation related to Configuration Management policiesRequired Skills and Qualifications:Associates degree in IT, Business, or related field; equivalent experience considered3+ years of experience in ITSM, ITIL-based Configuration Management, and managing CMDB/CM professionalsHands-on experience working with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platformsDeep understanding of CMDB data models, CIs, service relationships, and ITIL lifecycle processesCertifications: ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation (or higher); ServiceNow certifications related to CMDB/Asset Management are a plus
