Portfolio Credit Manager (HYBRID)

Description:

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day collection process for assigned portfolios.
  • Oversee collections for 700 accounts, totaling around $9 million.
  • Assist in customer support by monitoring credit call lines and email inboxes.
  • Support external customer setup and access to digital solutions.
  • Drive resolution of customer issues to facilitate payment of undisputed balances.
  • Collaborate closely with credit management to assist in reconciliation and collections.
Essential Skills
  • 2+ years of experience in commercial credit and collections.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in accounts receivable management and reconciliation.
  • Experience with customer service and credit analysis.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with SAP, JDE, and GetPAID is a plus.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Irving, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $35.00/hr.
