Job Details

Responsible for the design, development, alteration, or modification of enclosure drawings and

electrical systems as assigned by the department manager.

Responsibilities

• Prepares a wide variety of detailed drawings for the enclosures and electrical design and is responsible for their accuracy.
• Breaks down information obtained from the bid letter, customer specification, and customer supplied drawings to do shelter design.
• Makes a variety of calculations (AC service, HVAC, energy, and structural, etc.) following standard procedures.
• Prepare work orders while drawings are in progress.
• Contributes on projects of high complexity.
• Completes projects without supervision.
• Assists other designers as needed.
• Renders technical assistance to factory personnel, sales staff or customers as needed.
• Possible travel as needed.
• Performs other assigned duties as required by management
