• Coordinate meetings between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth evaluations
• Follow up with leads to maintain enthusiasm and assist in their hiring journey
• Keep meticulous and current records in our applicant tracking system
• Enjoy commission for meetings arranged, interviews executed, and hires achieved from your leads

Compensation Structure
