FACT Construction LLC is looking to hire three dependable and experienced Concrete Finishers to join our high-performing field operations team. This hands-on role will involve all facets of concrete construction, from forming and rebar tying to pouring and finishing with both hand tools and machines. Whether you're grading, placing concrete, or polishing that final finish, you'll be working on high-profile commercial and industrial sites that require precision and pride in every pour. Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality concrete finishing using hand tools, walk-behind, and ride-on trowel machines
• Participate in concrete placement, formwork, rebar tying, and site grading
• Ensure all finishing is completed to spec and in compliance with safety and quality standards
• Understand mix designs and finishing timing to optimize surface integrity
• Operate a variety of finishing equipment in various site conditions
• Assist with site prep and post-pour cleanup as part of the field operations team
• Communicate clearly and work collaboratively with crew leaders and other trades
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in concrete finishing
• ACI Certification is a plus
• Experience with hand finishing, walk-behind, and ride-on finishing machines
• Willingness to perform all aspects of concrete construction (forming, rebar tying, grading, etc.)
• CPR/First Aid Certified
• OSHA 10 Certified
• Forklift Certification preferred
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and team-oriented mindset

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday–Friday with availability for weekends and overtime as needed

Work Location

• Remote field-based role on active job sites in various regions; travel may be required
