A company is looking for a Client Relationships Manager to support and strengthen partnerships with healthcare clients.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a primary point of contact for assigned healthcare clients and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholdersCollaborate with internal operations teams to ensure effective service delivery and address operational challengesMonitor service performance metrics, prepare client reports, and identify opportunities for service quality improvementRequired QualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) or healthcare servicesStrong knowledge of the U.S. healthcare revenue cycle market, including billing, coding, and claims managementExperience working directly with healthcare clients or provider organizationsAbility to coordinate across multiple internal teams in a fast-paced environmentBachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field is preferred
