A company is looking for a Mental Health Counselor.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide telephone and video consultations, immediate support, and crisis managementConduct thorough assessments to determine the suitability of short-term therapyManage high-risk situations by collaborating with clients and directing them to appropriate resourcesRequired Qualifications and EducationMaster's degree in mental health (social work, counseling, psychology, or related field)At least 2 years of direct client contact experience in psychological support or mental health servicesExperience with clinical assessment tools and short-term therapy modalities such as solution-focused therapy, CBT, mindfulness, or integrative/systemic therapyTraining in crisis intervention and support for high-risk clients is a plusFluency in both English and French is required
