As a Driver at Pinnacle Treatment Centers, you play an essential role in supporting patient access to care. By safely transporting patients to and from treatment, you help remove barriers to recovery and support patients during critical moments in their treatment journey. This role requires professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to patient safety and dignity.

Requirements

• Prior patient transport and customer service experience in a titled Driver role
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license in good standing
• Ability to interact professionally with patients and staff
• Commitment to maintaining a safe driving record

Responsibilities

• Communicate daily with the Admissions Manager regarding transportation needs or concerns
• Transport patients, paperwork, and patient belongings during admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Transport patients to meetings, appointments, and other facilities as needed
• Pick up new patients entering treatment
• Operate company 15-passenger vans in accordance with safety standards
• Pick up and deliver interoffice mail between locations
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including oil checks, tire pressure checks, and inspections
• Complete daily transportation logs and maintenance logs as required
• Verify and complete Transport Payment Forms, including obtaining patient approval and signatures
