Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Outside Sales Representative located in the Roanoke/ NRV area. The role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying and developing new business opportunities, conducting professional sales presentations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The selected candidate will collaborate with internal teams to align services with customer needs while achieving sales targets and contributing to the company's growth.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Presentations and New Business Development
• Strong skills in Relationship Building and Customer Service
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Familiarity with the waste management and recycling industry is a plus
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated area
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
