Responsibilities:

As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a vital role in our Receiving Department, ensuring that all incoming and outgoing inventory is handled efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities include receiving and storing merchandise, pricing products, preparing and shipping orders, and entering shipments into our point-of-sale (POS) system.

You will also be an essential contributor to maintaining inventory accuracy by completing scheduled cycle counts and supporting overall inventory management processes.

Qualifications:

• Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and self-motivated
• Able to work independently while maintaining a team-first mindset
• Comfortable with routine, process-driven tasks
• Willing to go above and beyond to support team and store needs
• Communicates professionally with customers and team members
• Supports all Fleet Feet initiatives, events, and store functions
• Able to lift and move boxes up to 30 lbs
• Comfortable using basic computer systems and POS technology
