JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is looking for an Engineering Designer to join the team! This is an onsite position in Roanoke, VA. Will be fully in the office to design a variety of work orders focused on Power and Electrical Distribution projects. The role utilizes client-specific software and offers full training! This company offers room for growth with exposure to different projects and teams! This is a long term, stable opportunity.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Associates or Bachelors in Engineering-related field, example degrees: Engineering Technology, Applied Sciences, Mathematics, Geography, Construction Management, etc
• Ability to sit onsite
• Great customer service skills
• AutoCAD experience

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Utilities, Electrical, or Power Distribution experience
• someone who can read utility mapping, blueprints etc.
