We are seeking a driven, articulate, and customerâ€'focused Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our highâ€'performing service division. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fastâ€'paced environment, excels at communication, and enjoys helping customers begin their luxuryâ€'vehicle buying journey.

As a BDR, you will be the first point of contact for online and phone inquiries—building rapport, setting appointments, and supporting the sales team in creating an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to internet, phone, and chat inquiries
  • Set and confirm sales appointments for the dealership
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up schedules
  • Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with luxury brand standards
  • Collaborate with sales management to support lead flow and appointment goals
  • Meet or exceed monthly performance metrics

Qualifications – BDR:

  • Previous BDC, call center, customer service, or sales experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and handling high-volume lead activity
  • Professional, polished, and customerâ€'centric demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • CRM experience is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
