Job Description

Duties:

  • Maintain close working relationships with civilian applicants to ensure candidate applications are complete and accurate.
  • Apply current policies, regulations, reviews, and screening applications for commissioning eligibility.
  • Manage the administration and functions associated with the Officer of commissioning programs and Officer Candidate Course and Platoon leaders Class.
  • Enter applicant data and maintain applicant/candidate records in electronic form.
  • Use strong interpersonal skills to affect positive relationships with potential applicants, current candidates, and personal contacts.

  • Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

Qualifications: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing clerical support such as administering background screening, reviewing documents, and/or processing applicant packages for commissioning programs; 2) Utilizing knowledge of Office 365 products (Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams) as well as AdobePro; and 3) Working independently to maintain deadlines.
