Job specification

• Lead and provide direction for Engineering, Biomed, Security, and Emergency Management, ensuring smooth operations across all departments.

• Oversee compliance with regulatory agencies, including CMS, Joint Commission, OSHA, and NFPA, focusing on Environment of Care and Life Safety requirements.

• Manage the renovation and construction of hospital facilities and clinics, serving as the liaison for all major construction projects.

• Supervise department personnel and manage both day-to-day operations and the financial aspects of construction and maintenance budgets.

Candidate requirements

• Electrical/Mechanical degree or equivalent experience required.

• Minimum of 5 years of directly related engineering experience required.

• Minimum of 3 years of management, supervision, or administrative experience in a healthcare setting preferred.

• Must have recent Director of Facilities Management experience in a hospital setting.

• Joint Commission experience required.
