Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Program Specialist to join our team supporting the Medicaid to Schools (MTS) Program. In this critical role, you will serve as the primary consultant and relationship manager for assigned school districts, driving program compliance, revenue maximization, documentation accuracy, and long-term client retention.
The Program Specialist is responsible for delivering expert-level consulting and leadership to partner districts, ensuring contractual success, high client satisfaction, and sustained loyalty to our company. This position combines strategic consulting, stakeholder engagement, hands-on implementation support, training, auditing, and cross-functional collaboration to help school districts fully leverage Medicaid reimbursement opportunities.

Work Location: Remote in Texas, with face-to-face interaction with clients.
Work Hours/Status: Full Time; Exempt
Travel Requirements: 35% travel requirement for client visits and internal company meetings
Compensation: Starting Salary: $75,000
