Full-Time 3-4 day work week | starting at $46.00/hr with opportunity for profit sharing(bonus)

A Day In The Life Of

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading the comprehensive preventive care appointment focused on oral and periodontal health, dental prophylaxis and periodontal therapy, oral cancer screening, advanced diagnostic imaging, patient education, and preventive oral treatments.
• Deliver comprehensive preventive care appointments, including dental prophylaxis, periodontal therapy, oral health assessments, and diagnostic imaging (radiographs and advanced imaging
• Educate and engage patients on oral health, home care, and long-term disease prevention
• Provide fluoride therapy and adjunctive preventive treatments as part of each patient's individualized needs
• Maintain accurate, detailed documentation in patient records
• Collaborate closely with doctors and broader team members to support comprehensive and patient-centered care
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols in alignment with and surpass OSHA and HIPAA standards
• Ensure proper instrument sterilization and operatory readiness
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment
• Demonstrate a commitment to continuous personal and professional growth, with accountability and a focus on building strong relationships with patients and team members

What You'll Bring To The Table

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A positive, team-first attitude
• Prefer at least 1-2 years of experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Education and Experience:

• Associate degree or the successful completion of a recognized vocational program in dental hygiene.
  State license required.
