The big task

You will promote customer satisfaction by converting incoming customer calls into booked service appointments.

Key sub tasks
• Provide exceptional customer service while following protocols and guidelines.
• Participate in ongoing training so that you can grow and develop as a professional.
• Document each customers inquiry and accurately update the information in our database.
• Follow up with callers, dispatchers and managers as needed.
