The Front Desk Coordinator will greet and assist visitors, students, families, and staff. They are responsible for overall front desk activities, including management of the reception area and meeting areas, customer service, phones, mail, and office supplies. The FD Coordinator will also manage child pick-up.
Must have respect and awe for children to become a passionate and supportive member of our Salem Montessori School (SMS) community. Our number one priority is the well-being and development of every child. This includes the whole child - the physical, social/emotional, and cognitive. Our SMS staff members work together as part of a collaborative, caring team and serve as positive role models.

For more than 30 years, Salem Montessori School has evolved from a “one-room schoolhouse” to a large community that sits on a beautiful 7-acre campus in Salem, Virginia. The educational and care programs at Salem Montessori serve children from birth through 8th grade in five different programs: Infant, Toddler, Primary, Elementary, and Middle School.
