Description:

HYBRID: 3 days in office, 2 days remote

Position Summary:

  • Primary responsibility is resolving phones and email inquiries
Essential Functions of the job include, but are not limited to:
  • Resolve email inquiries
  • Complete assigned emails following standard operating procedures
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Enhanced written, organizational and verbal skills
  • Good computer skills
  • Team oriented
  • Flexible and open to a continually developing environment
  • HS graduate or equivalent work experience
  • Proficient with MS Office and preferably Google Suite specifically, Gmail
Required:
  • Korean Speaker/Bilingual
