Pay Range: $70 - $80/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and manage risk management issues by identifying, measuring, and making decisions on operational or enterprise risks for an organization.
- The Risk Manager evaluates the litigation potential of incidents and adverse outcomes within CNE Medical Group.
- Participates in the development of corrective action plans to mitigate present and future risk.
- They oversee reporting to regulatory bodies as required.
- They assist in the oversight of Joint Commission preparedness, leads investigations on all potential HIPAA violations, oversees OCR annual reporting, audits and management of all privacy rounds and data.
- The Risk Manager participates in system-wide policy development and implementation as concerns CNEMG with respect to privacy and all risk-related policies and issues
