A healthcare insurance provider is looking for a Senior Front End UI Developer to join their team remotely aligned to EST. This Senior Front End UI Developer is being brought in to support a major strategic platform overhaul and consolidation initiative focused on grievances and appeals for a healthcare insurance organization. This role's primary tech stack will be Nextjs and React, and they will be responsible for designing and building modern, scalable user interfaces that translate complex business and regulatory requirements into intuitive, high-performing digital experiences. The ideal candidate will work closely with backend engineering teams to ensure seamless data integration, transform wireframes into fully operable UI components, and contribute to a microfrontend-based architecture deployed in a public cloud environment. Experience working within regulated healthcare environments and handling sensitive data is highly valued.

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of experience as a Front End UI Developer
Strong hands-on experience with React and Next.js in enterprise-scale applications
Proven ability to build and enhance UI screens with a focus on usability, performance, and accessibility
Experience integrating front-end applications with backend services and databases, ensuring accurate data presentation
Ability to translate wireframes and design specifications into functional, production-ready user interfaces
Experience working in any public cloud environment and building microfrontends

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience in healthcare or PII/PHI exposure
