Job Details

Dover - - Responsibilities: Independently travels nationally and internationally as Galas primary technical representative to the customer.; Interacts with customers on a daily basis to provide solutions to issues; Participates in customer visits to provide support for equipment installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair activities.; Provides training to customers in-house at Galas facility and at the customers location.; Collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, parts and equipment sales to develop customer-focused solutions.
