Pyramid Global Hospitality - 110 Shenandoah Avenue Northwest - Responsibilities: Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well; Work as a team to accomplish the goal of resort/hotel cleanliness; Walk all assigned areas at beginning and end of shift to collect bags, trash, and soiled linen; Responsible for the cleanliness, deep cleaning, floor care of all public areas, Health and Fitness center, back of the house hallways, stairways, restaurant, Front Office, the pre-function areas, public and employee restrooms.; Deliver towels, cribs, cots and other items to the guest rooms on requests
