Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a utilities location.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations according to site protocols.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.; Monitor access points, verify credentials when required, and document visitor, contractor, and/or vehicle activity in accordance with site guidelines.; Support facility operations by communicating with site contacts, following post orders, and completing required reports on daily activities and/or incidents.
