What You'll Do
  • Serve as the first point of contact for incoming customer calls
  • Schedule and dispatch service technicians efficiently based on urgency and availability
  • Prioritize and coordinate service requests to optimize scheduling
  • Communicate schedule updates and changes with technicians in real time
  • Proactively reach out to customers to schedule appointments
  • Promote company services, specials, and promotions when appropriate
  • Process customer payments as needed
  • Meet individual and team performance goals and call metrics
  • Collaborate with team members to improve workflows and processes
Requirements

What You Bring
  • Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience (required)
  • Experience in residential HVAC and/or plumbing (preferred)
  • ServiceTitan experience (required)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience handling high call volumes (inbound and outbound)
  • Proven scheduling and coordination experience
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technology
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with sound decision-making ability
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
