About the Role

As a Customer Experience Consultant, you'll have the opportunity to create memorable experiences for our customers by guiding themthrough every stage of their CarMax journey. Your Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service, supporting customers from the initial sale and appraisal to test drives and financing applications.
• Conduct thorough vehicle condition assessments, collecting and communicating essential information to facilitate customer appraisals.
• Receive and check in vehicles shipped to CarMax and manage vehicle inventory with daily scanning and reconciliation.
• Ensure all vehicles meet CarMax Quality Standards through cosmetic inspections.
• Handle various administrative tasks, including printing reports, maintaining transaction paperwork, liaising with finance companies, and managing cash/payment operations.
• Schedule service appointments and review repair order invoices for accuracy and proper documentation.

Education and Experience

• Basic skills in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred.
