Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Work 3x12 hour night shifts, Friday through Sunday from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• No on-call requirements
• Siemens experience required
• Epic charting system experience required
• 2 years of experience required
• Travel experience required
• First-time travelers not accepted
• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT(R), ARRT(CT)
• Virginia state license required (emergency authorization available for travelers with active out-of-state license)
• Must be available to work one holiday per 13-week contract
• Required clinical skills include preparation and administration of contrast media and radiation safety
• May be required to float to Carilion Clinic Riverside (approximately 0.5 miles away)
• Work with patients of all age groups including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Perform various CT procedures including trauma, emergency department, ICU, and specialized imaging studies
• Facility call-off policy allows one shift per two weeks

This acute care teaching hospital features over 700 licensed beds and serves as a Level I Trauma Center with Magnet designation. The facility is recognized as a certified stroke center and provides comprehensive healthcare services. The hospital maintains state-of-the-art imaging technology and offers interdisciplinary support including phlebotomy, radiology, and lift teams to ensure optimal patient care delivery.
