1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Mon - Fri)
$21.00/hr

About the Role:
Join the finishing team at a leading structural steel fabrication company. The Painter supports the paint department with surface prep, coating application, and cleanup to ensure high-quality finishes on steel components.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and clean steel surfaces for painting.
• Assist with mixing and applying primers and paints.
• Move, hang, and stage parts for coating and drying.
• Maintain tools, spray equipment, and work area.
• Follow all safety and quality standards.

• Experience in industrial or construction environments preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fabrication shop.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-minded.
• Willing to learn and grow within the trade.
