[AR Accounting / Remote] - Anywhere in U.S. / Competitive Pay / Medical-Dental-Vision for you and family / PTO / 401k - As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will: Manage a portfolio of accounts and ensure timely collection of payments; Review and reconcile customer accounts to identify discrepancies and resolve payment issues; Communicate with customers via phone and email to follow up on past due balances and resolve payment disputes; Process credit card payments and initiate ACH transactions; Prepare and distribute invoices and account statements to customers; Monitor and report on accounts receivable aging and provide recommendations for improving collections; Assist with month-end close activities and provide support for audits and financial reporting; Utilize accounting software and spreadsheets to maintain accurate records of transactions and customer information; Collaborate with other departments to resolve payment-related inquiries and improve processes; Hiring Immediately >>
