Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
(Some flexibility required)

Pay:
$15.00-$16.00 per hour (based on experience)
About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing/warehouse environment. This role is essential in ensuring customers receive accurate information, timely updates, and exceptional service from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will handle a high volume of inbound calls, process customer orders, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls from customers, vendors, and internal departments
  • Provide accurate information regarding orders, shipments, and product details
  • Enter and update customer orders, changes, and returns in the system
  • Communicate professionally via phone and email to resolve inquiries and issues
  • Collaborate with production, shipping, and sales teams to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery
  • Maintain customer records and document all interactions in the database
  • Support additional administrative and office tasks as needed
Qualifications
  • 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse environment
  • Strong phone etiquette with the ability to manage multiple calls efficiently
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable with strong follow-through
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
