Insomnia Cookies - - Responsibilities: Operational Execution: Execute core bakery operations including inventory rotation, scheduling support, staffing coordination, and administrative checklists; Talent & Team Development: Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new staff; deliver coaching and real-time feedback; enforce standards; Leadership & Ownership: Manage bakery operations independently in BOM's absence; collaborate with BOM and Area leadership to address gaps; What Success Looks Like: Independently execute BOM-level tasks; maintain fully staffed, trained bakery with high standards; demonstrate readiness for BOM; Other duties as assigned
