O'Reilly Automotive - - Responsibilities: Responsible for maximizing sales by directing team members in a manner that provides customers with prompt, courteous, and professional service.; Solicit orders, sell company products, and represent the company in accordance with company policies.; Maintain customer base, increase sales volume at assigned accounts, review customer needs to gain market share, solicit stocking-type business as well as daily needs and equipment sales.; Communicate with and coordinate sales call efforts with the Territory Sales Manager.; Responsible for supervising work performed by all store team members and working jointly with the District Manager in recruiting, testing, hiring, evaluating, promoting, disciplining, and discharging team members under their supervision.
