What You'll Do
- Install, maintain, and upgrade Culligan water treatment systems
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment quickly and effectively
- Deliver and assist with installation of water treatment products
- Complete accurate paperwork and maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles
- Communicate professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Follow all company safety and operational procedures

- Positive, team-focused work environment
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license (required)
- Plumbing, electrical, or mechanical experience a plus-but not required
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift/move 50-75 lbs. regularly (equipment, salt bags, etc.)
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new skills
