We are searching for a high performing technician with an attention to detail and quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive service, particularly with Ford or GMC vehicles. This role requires proficiency in using hand tools and diagnostic systems, as well as the ability to perform maintenance and repairs. The Technician will work in a dealership environment, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Duties

1. Perform diagnostics and repairs on Ford vehicles, focusing on mechanical and electrical systems.
2. Utilize hand tools and equipment to conduct maintenance tasks effectively.
3. Maintain powertrain components, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
4. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding vehicle issues and repair options.
5. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex automotive problems.
6. Conduct welding tasks as necessary for repairs or modifications.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in automotive technology.

Experience

• Previous experience as a mechanic or technician in an automotive service environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with Ford vehicles is highly desirable.
• Experience working with ADAS technology is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
