Location: 100% Remote (U.S. Based)
Employment Type: Full-Time / Flexible Hours
Compensation: $90,000-$120,000/year

Overview
AO Globe Life is growing, and we're hiring Remote Client Support Specialists to join our mission-driven, fully remote team. This role is a great fit for recent or soon-to-be graduates in business, marketing, or communications-or for anyone who thrives in a people-first, service-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled virtual consultations via Zoom
- Guide clients through tailored benefit options and enrollment
- Maintain accurate records and deliver excellent follow-up support
- Provide professional, client-focused service throughout the process
- Participate in mentorship, development programs, and team training
- Build lasting client relationships while advancing your own career
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Comfortable on video and skilled with digital tools
- Passion for helping others and contributing to a greater mission
- Customer service or consultative experience preferred (not required)
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Windows-based laptop/PC with webcam and reliable internet required
