We are hiring compassionate, service-driven professionals to support veterans and their families through virtual benefit consultations. This role offers the opportunity to continue serving your community from home while building long-term professional growth in a structured, supportive environment.

Clients request information about available benefit programs, and you will reach out to schedule and conduct virtual consultations. There is no cold calling, door-to-door outreach, or unsolicited prospecting.
What You'll Be Doing

• Contact individuals who have requested benefit information to schedule virtual consultations
• Meet with clients via Zoom to review available supplemental benefit options
• Guide veterans and families through enrollment with clarity and professionalism
• Maintain accurate digital documentation and follow-up communication
• Participate in team coaching sessions and professional development calls
