Customer Service Representative - HVAC Company

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and scheduling platforms
• Schedule service calls, maintenance appointments, and emergency HVAC requestsefficiently
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding service availability, technician arrival times, and job updates
• Enter, update, and maintain accurate customer information, work orders, and service records in company systems
• Use Microsoft Excel to track service schedules, customer data, reports, and operational information
• Coordinate with dispatchers and HVAC technicians to ensure smooth daily operations
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and service issues professionally and with empathy
• Process payments, invoices, and service agreements as needed
• Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain knowledge of HVAC services, maintenance plans, and warranty options to assist customers effectively
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and customer service standards
