Amivie - - Responsibilities: Assist the individuals with goal completion as documented in the individualized support plan; Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs); bathing, grooming, toileting, feeding, etc.; Complete all required documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) timely; Uphold, respect, and advocate for Individual rights at all times; Administer prescribed medication(s) upon completion of training.
