About the Role: - - As a CBRE Chief Building Engineer Supervisor, you will supervise the team responsible for HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general building repairs on retail sites within the area. You will ensure the team meets key performance indicators (KPIs), adheres to budgetary goals, and maintains a proactive, service-oriented culture. - - What Youll Do: - - - - Team Leadership & Staff Development - - Track training and development of staff; conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching.
