Aerotek - - Responsibilities: Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, rebuilding, modification, installation, and removal of plant equipment and assemblies; Respond urgently to equipment breakdowns; communicate issues, near misses, and unsafe conditions to leadership in a timely manner; Maintain a safe, accident-free work environment by enforcing OSHA, company safety policies, PPE usage, and Lockout/Tagout procedures; actively participate in safety meetings and initiatives; Maintain clean, organized production and workshop areas, and complete housekeeping duties continuously; Utilize and interpret electrical schematics, ladder logic, and test equipment to diagnose issues
