Dunkin' Donuts - 536 Orange Avenue Northeast - Responsibilities: Responsible for production for the restaurant (including donuts, munchkins, muffins, croissants, bagels and any other prep product needed); Maintain all areas of production including ovens, production equipment, freezers, floors, walls and set up of the bakery cases; Follow safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines; comply with all applicable laws; Work overnight hours generally 8pm - 5am and ensure timely production; Keep the bakery area clean and organized and stock the case as needed
