Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities for a tech, media, and telecommunications location.; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications and assisting with crowd and/or access management as directed by post orders.; Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, offices, parking areas, and perimeter routes to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance, lighting, and/or access concerns.; Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access where required, and assist with visitor management, deliveries, and badge and/or credential checks in accordance with site guidelines.; Document patrols, incidents, and observations in written reports and/or electronic systems, and communicate updates to site contacts and Allied Universal supervision as needed.
