Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to shoppers, tenants, and store associates by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including customer disputes, suspected shoplifting, and medical situations, and report findings to site leadership as required; Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout retail sales floors, common areas, loading areas, and exterior perimeters to help to deter unwanted activity and identify hazards or maintenance concerns; Control access to employee-only and receiving areas by verifying identification, monitoring entrances and exits, and assisting with loss prevention practices consistent with post orders; Complete detailed reports for incidents, patrols, and daily activities, and communicate observations to Allied Universal leadership and/or client representatives
