5. Operate multi-line phone systems, responding promptly to calls and directing them as necessary.
6. Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest services and satisfaction.
8. Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications while providing personalized service to guests.
9. Uphold high standards of phone etiquette when communicating with guests over the phone.

Qualifications
