Dunkin' Donuts - 670 Brandon Avenue Southwest - Responsibilities: Responsible for production for the restaurant (including donuts, munchkins, muffins, croissants, bagels and any other prep product needed); Maintaining all areas of production including ovens, production equipment, freezers, floors, walls and setup of the bakery cases; Following food safety standards including dating and marking all product; Work overnight 8pm - 5am and meet the needs of the position; Clean and organize the work station and surrounding bakery areas
