Your Role
As a vital part of our team, you'll ensure that our products are available for purchase by expertly managing the Stockroom and Salesfloor operations. Your role as a Stock Brand Ambassador involves processing shipments, replenishing stocks, managing markdowns, and maintaining eye-catching merchandising displays. With a strong adherence to AEO Brand Standards, you will showcase your attention to detail and passion for our products. Although the Stockroom will be your primary focus, you will also provide support to your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. Most importantly, you will embody AEO values and bring your authentic self to work every day!

Your Responsibilities

• Passion for Brand Standards: You're dedicated to keeping the product moving by performing timely shipment processing, restocking, markdowns, and merchandising.
• Stockroom Mastery: You will maintain an organized and efficient Stockroom, ensuring all merchandise, visual props, marketing materials, and fixtures are in order.
• Innovative: When you spot a merchandising opportunity, you proactively inform store leadership, devise a plan, and execute changes.
• Team Player: You are always ready to assist your colleagues with non-stock tasks or support guests when necessary.
• Integrity First: You prioritize safety standards within both the Stockroom and Salesfloor, consistently adhering to AEO's policies and procedures.
