Location: Large Manufacturing Facility in Daleville, VA

Schedule: MondayFriday, 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM

Hours: 40 hours per week

Break: 1-hour unpaid break

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Day Porter to support a large, fast-paced manufacturing facility. This role is critical to maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment throughout the workday. High standards, consistency, and a strong work ethic are required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common areas throughout the shift
• Perform continuous cleaning duties such as trash removal, floor care, surface cleaning, and restocking supplies
• Respond promptly to spills, messes, and urgent cleaning needs
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and facility protocols
• Communicate professionally with on-site staff and supervisors
• Take pride in maintaining a high-visibility facility with high expectations

Qualifications

• Previous commercial cleaning or porter experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Dependable, punctual, and consistent attendance required
• Ability to be on your feet for extended periods and perform physical tasks
• Must be able to meet the expectations of a high-standard manufacturing environment
